Ultimate Wrestling Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Ultimate Wrestling Trip Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States. The Ultimate Wrestling “Trip” prize is available exclusively to individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 at the time of entry. All entries for any aspect of the giveaway must be submitted by individuals who are a minimum of 18 years of age OR with the consent of a parent / guardian above the age of 18. If the entrant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian, who is 18 years or older, must consent to the submission of the entry into the giveaway. Any entries submitted by individuals under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian will be deemed ineligible. All information will be verified prior to declaring a winner. All other prizes, including but not limited to the wrestling mat and gift cards, are open to entrants of any age. Entering into the giveaway with false information is a violation of our terms and conditions. 

Employees, officers, and directors of KS45 Inc. (“Sponsor” and "Prize Provider"), Snyder Wrestling Series, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, webmasters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.

2. SPONSOR:

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Snyder Wrestling Series, a subsidiary of KS45 Inc., located in State College, PA.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 11th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 10th, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Email Entry (Free): Provide your email address on the sweepstakes entry form at snyderwrestling.com to receive one (1) entry.
• Referral Entry (Free): Share the contest with friends. For each friend who enters through your referral link, you will receive one (1) additional entry.
• Purchase Entry: Purchase any product from snyderwrestling.com, including but not limited to Summer Camp Registration, a water bottle, or a journal, to receive five (5) entries per item.

Limit: A maximum of 200 entries per person is allowed to ensure fairness. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 10th, 2025, to be included in the random drawing. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such entries and result in disqualification. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Standard data rates may apply if entering via a mobile device.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

6. WINNER SELECTION:

Selection of Winner: On or about January 10th, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly select prize winners from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's selection of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, using KickOffLabs, an independent organization. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email on or about January 10th, 2025, and will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (“Affidavit/Declaration”) via email within seven (7) days of being notified to claim the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact them, a second attempt will be made. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days after the second attempt is made or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner will forfeit the prize. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

Travel Document Requirement: The winner of the Ultimate Wrestling Trip and any travel companion(s) must submit valid travel documents (e.g., passport, government-issued ID) to Snyder Wrestling Series within seven (7) days of accepting the prize. Failure to provide the required documents within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: An all-expenses-paid, 4-day trip across the United States to visit top wrestling facilities and receive private lessons from elite athletes and coaches. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $15,000.

• While Sponsor will make its best efforts to provide the exact experience as outlined, certain aspects such as clinicians and locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Sponsor will maintain the 4-day structure and notify the winner immediately of any changes.
• The winner must be accompanied by a legal guardian above the age of 25 regardless of the winner’s age. The winner may also bring one (1) teammate who meets eligibility requirements.

Additional Prizes:

• A wrestling mat (approximate retail value: $1,500).
• Gift cards to wrestling-related companies (total value: $1,500 per card).
• Free Entry to the Snyder Wrestling Summer Camp in 2025 (approximate value: $515).

Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. However, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of the prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

No Additional Compensation for Non-Participation of Travel Companion: The winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation, reimbursement, or substitution if their designated travel companion does not participate in any aspect of the prize, including but not limited to, travel, accommodations, or activities.

8. ODDS:

This Sweepstakes operates as a lottery, meaning each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. NAME AND LIKENESS AGREEMENT:

By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that KS45 Inc., Snyder Wrestling Series, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, webmasters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for:
(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
(2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
(3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries;
(5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. INDEMNIFICATION:

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, or liability resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

12. FORCE MAJEURE:

Sponsor is not responsible for any inability to conduct the Sweepstakes or to provide any prize due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or technical failure.

13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM RIGHTS:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platform used for promoting or hosting the sweepstakes.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of the Sponsor and can be used by the Sponsor in perpetuity for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

15. DISPUTES:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, including any issues relating to the interpretation of these Official Rules, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action.

The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and shall take place in State College, PA. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration, except as required by the AAA rules. By agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

16. PRIVACY:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at snyderwrestling.com.

17. WINNER LIST:

To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@snyderwrestling.com by February 28th, 2025.

18. TAX CONSIDERATIONS:

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit a W-9 form to the Sponsor as a condition of receiving any prize. The winner may also receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize awarded, which will be reported to the IRS. It is recommended that participants consult their tax advisors for any potential tax liability.

19. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; garbled transmissions or miscommunications; telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process or legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

Background Check and Disqualification:

The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on potential winners and their travel companions. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to and authorize the Sponsor to conduct such background checks, which may include criminal records and other personal history information. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual from receiving the prize if the background check reveals conduct, information, or history that, in the Sponsor's judgment, may reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes, or that could bring the Sponsor or any of its representatives into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or could reasonably offend the community or public morals or decency.
